Reduced pumping rates through Iraq's northern oil export pipeline to the Turkish port of Ceyhan are expected to cause delays of eight to nine days to crude oil loadings

Russia’s Lukoil is considering shipping Kazakhstani oil through the partly Kazakhstani-owned Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), rbcdaily.ru reported October 5.

Lukoil is considering four routes: the CPC, oil tankers to the Lukoil Volgograd refinery, the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline, and the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline.

Iraq has resumed crude oil flow from the Kirkuk oil fields to Turkey's Mediterranean port of Ceyhan more than a day after it was halted by an explosion on the Turkish leg of the pipeline, but at a reduced rate, a Middle East shipping agent said Thursday.

Turkish and Italian ministers as well as CEO's will attend ceremony for the Samsun-Ceyhan oil pipeline on April 24. 'They must first guarantee the oil, it is very risky,' says energy expert.
