APL, 'K' Line, OOCL rated tops among American agricultural shippers

SINGAPORE's APL, Japan's "K" Line and Hong Kong's OOCL were rated top best carriers for service among members of the Agriculture Transportation Coalition (AgTC) after a membership survey.

SINGAPORE's APL, Japan's "K" Line and Hong Kong's OOCL were rated top best carriers for service among members of the Agriculture Transportation Coalition (AgTC) after a membership survey.

Carriers were ranked on ease of booking, pre-shipment customer service, terminal service, equipment availability, documentation, post-shipment services as well as scheduling and on-time performance.

AgTC members include exporters of American farm and forest products and importers of dry and reefer goods.
