Norway: Havila Shipping Enters PSV Contracts

Havila Shipping announced that it has entered into a contract with Total E&P UK for the PSV vessel Havila Commander.

Havila Shipping announced that it has entered into a contract with Total E&P UK for the PSV vessel Havila Commander.

The contract is for a firm period of five years with two optional periods each of one year. Commencement will be during April.

Norske Shell AS has declared one year option for the PSV vessel Havila Borg. This will keep the vessel on charter with Norske Shell AS until 15th July 2013.

The total value of the contracts is NOK 350 million (approx USD 60.3 million)
