Two passenger ships collided in the port of Piraeus
Two passenger ships collided in the port of Piraeus yesterday afternoon.
There were no passenger injuries due to the collision which took place n low speed, however, there were at both vessels and were banned from sailing.
Colliding ships were the Champion Jet 1 in which 307 people were aboard bound Sifnos-Milos-Ios-Santorini and Flying Dolphin «ATHINA» was performing route-to Aegina Agistri.Some of the passengers arrived to their final destinations, traveling eventually to Speedrunner, while the other returned the ticket money.
Passengers of «Athina» were served by another "dolphin."
