General cargo vessel FEYZA GENC fled Malta after Court issued a warrant for her arrest on July 24, for unpaid bunker bills totaling 45 818 euro. At the time of Court decision freighter was anchored off Malta’s coast in bunkering area.

The vessel Feyza Genc is about 2,000 tonnage and entered Malta last week. The arrest warrant by the Civil Court of Malta issued on Friday 24 July 2015. On the same day, Transport Malta was informed of this arrest warrant in order to ensure that the vessel does not depart from Malta pending completion of all legal proceedings in court.
