Some circles claim that the Republican People’s Party (CHP) will take the Justice and Development Party’s (AK Party) reform package to the Constitutional Court and the court will annul the reforms, saying that they run contrary to the principle of a state of law, and that as soon as the court makes this ruling, the chief prosecutor of the Supreme Court of Appeals will take action and launch a new closure case against the party.
