$241 Million Dollar Deal Between Local Shipyard and Federal Govt. is Official; 300 New Jobs on the Way



It's taken two years but a new deal with the federal government that will bring 300 more jobs to Bay County is finally official. A $241 million dollar loan guarantee has been granted to the Eastern Shipbuilding Group of Panama City. It's payment for a project that will export vessels to Brazil.
