ANTALYA (A.A) - Antalya, Turkey's main tourist hub on theMediterranean coast, attracted more than 7.1 million tourists since the beginningof this year, officials said on Monday.It means an 11 percent rise over the same period of last year.Officials also said that hotel bookings are promising for September andOctober.Antalya, known as Turkish riviera, hosts Russian and European touristsmostly and its year-end target for tourist number is 10 million.Turkey, in total, hosted 27 million tourists in 2009, and aims to welcome 30million tourists in 2010 which is considered the"year of recovery"in tourism.(TÇ-CE)
