In the evening hours Dec 17 2010 Syrian general cargo Ibrahim Y grounded after dragging anchor in Tarkhankut Point area, Crimea, Black sea. Vessel loaded with 5500 mt steel, from Nikolaevsk Ukraine to Turkey.

In the evening hours Dec 17 2010 Syrian general cargo Ibrahim Y grounded after dragging anchor in Tarkhankut Point area, Crimea, Black sea. Vessel loaded with 5500 mt steel, from Nikolaevsk Ukraine to Turkey. Two tugs were to assist in refloating on Dec 18. No spill, no injures reported.
