Body found after tug-ship collision in Malaysia
A BODY believed to be of one of the men, who went missing after their tug was hit by a merchant ship has been found by the search an rescue team.
The body was found 11 nautical miles off Tanjung Gelang, Pahang half way up the east coast of Malaysia.
The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) said its patrol vessel retrieved the body and brought it to the Royal Malaysian Navy base at Tanjung Gelang, reported New Straits Times online.
The body was later sent to Tengku Ampuan Afzan Hospital for a post mortem.
On Thursday, five Indonesians and a local crewmen, were reported missing after the collision between the tugboat and merchant ship nine nautical miles off Tanjung Gelang at 5am.
